Intercompany & Monthly Accounts Reconciliation

Monthly and weekly reports

Recording customer payments

Collection & follow up of customer balances

Responsibility for AR and AP tasks as part of the Monthly, Quarterly & Year-End closing procedures

Support internal & external audits, providing supporting documentation

Ad-hoc accounting projects

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in a similar role working in Global companies - Mandatory

Fluency in English (mainly ability to write & read) – Mandatory

Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)- Mandatory

Bookkeeping certificate type 3- Mandatory

Working experience in an ERP system -An advantage

Ability to work independently in a fast past environment

Strong attention to details

Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation
