DevOps Engineer

The RADCOM Network Intelligence suite offers intelligent, container-based, on-demand solutions to deliver network analysis from the RAN to the Core for 5G assurance.



Responsibilities

• Contribute to the company’s multi–cloud Solutions strategy.
• Support the transformation and maintenance of DevOps infrastructure, tools, and processes.
• Address technical issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in writing and maintaining system operations documentation (articles, diagrams, data flows) for applications and services.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and support internal knowledge sharing.
• Reproduce and simulate application incidents to help create debug reports and support the resolution of issues.
• Test end-to-end the solution to support DevOps in identifying bugs, regressions, etc
• Stay updated on DevOps best practices and new technologies.

Requirements

Must Have:

• 3-5 years of combined experience in DevOps (must) + Linux System Administration and/or Automation Engineering roles.
• Basic understanding of networking (DNS, routes, firewalls).
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments.
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and tools.
• Proficiency in Git, understanding of different GIT flows
•  Experience with Jenkins pipelines and groovy.
• Experience with Docker and containerization.
• Experience with Kubernetes and orchestration of container-based solutions.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
• Solid experience with Linux operating systems.
• Experience in Python and/or Bash.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform (Crossplane, etc)
• Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible.

Nice to Have:

• Some experience with OpenStack (private cloud).
• Basic understanding of Ceph storage.
• Experience with virtualization environments like VMWare.
• Exposure to logging and tracing tools, such as Elastic Stack, Grafana Loki/Tempo, or Jaeger.
• Familiarity with security tools like Nessus or Tenable.io.
• Knowledge of columnar databases, such as Vertica.
• Basic programming knowledge and a broad understanding of software engineering principles.
