IT Manager

The role

We are looking for a skilled IT Manager to lead and manage all IT operations within the company. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and secure IT infrastructure, support business and development teams, and drive technology improvements to align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software systems
• Oversee IT support services, ensuring quick resolution of technical issues for employees
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data and systems
• Manage software licensing and hardware
• Lead IT projects, including system upgrades and new technology implementations (for example implementation of Office365)
• Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure high availability of IT services
• Manage the company laptops: Installations, security, upgrades
• Manage the cloud platforms
• FinOps experience is a plus
  
  

• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role in a software or tech-driven environment
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, network management, and cybersecurity practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to support a diverse team
• Experience managing IT budgets and vendor contracts
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps tools, and software development workflows is a plus
