Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the AI strategy.
• Lead AI/ML projects from concept to deployment.
• Design, train, and deploy models to enhance product capabilities.
• Define data strategies and collaborate across teams.
• Stay ahead of AI trends and advocate best practices.
• Continuously research emerging AI technologies and techniques to enhance our platform.
• Architect scalable infrastructure to support AI-driven features across Cyolo’s system
• Deploy AI models into production environments, ensuring their ongoing performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying AI models in a professional setting.
• Experience with LLMs, orchestration frameworks, RAG, and AI agents.
• Ability to set the technical direction, mentor team members (in the future), and drive initiatives independently.
• Strong knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Expertise in data processing, feature engineering, and model deployment pipelines.
• Creative problem-solving, a "can-do" attitude, and a hacker mindset.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Advantages
