The job

As a UiPath Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing efficient automation solutions using the UiPath platform. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their requirements and transform them into effective automation processes. Your role will be crucial in helping ABP streamline operations and enhance productivity. The work can be remote or onsite, depending on changing project and client allocation.

Main responsibilities

• Automation Development: Create and maintain scalable and robust automation solutions using UiPath. This includes developing new processes, modifying existing ones, and integrating with various applications.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Testing and Deployment: Conduct thorough testing of automated workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability. Deploy solutions and provide post-deployment support.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues or bugs in existing automations promptly to minimize downtime.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of automation processes, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest UiPath features and RPA trends. Proactively suggest improvements and enhancements to existing processes.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business operations, and project management, to ensure successful project delivery.

Must Haves

• Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in RPA development, with a strong focus on UiPath.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and summarizing actions clearly and concisely.
• Project Management: Basic project management experience.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Technical Proficiency:

• Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other related components.
• Familiarity with UiPath project methodology.
• Experience with UiPath frameworks, libraries, and object repositories.
• Ability to design end-to-end blueprints.
• Experience with web and remote automations.
• Knowledge of programming languages like C#, VB.NET, or Python.
• Git methodology experience.
• Independence: Ability to work independently through various projects.

Nice to Haves

• Integration Experience: Experience with integrating UiPath solutions with other systems and applications.
• Certification: UiPath certification is highly desirable.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Additional Platforms: Experience with additional UiPath platforms (DU, CM, Integration services, etc.).
• Programming Languages: Additional programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, Python.
