Production Technician

Coramaze Technologies is committed to the improvement of structural heart patients’ lives by developing accessible and effective minimally invasive treatments. The Coramaze TriPair System brings healing to patients without access to alternative therapies.

We seek an experienced and driven Production & QC Technician to join our team and report to the VP of R&D. In this role, you will collaborate closely with functional teams, including R&D, Engineering, and quality, to bring our next-generation TriPair System to market.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Delicate and precise production of complex implantable products for clinical use in a clean room environment, including end-to-end processes (parts cleaning, drilling, gluing, assembly, packaging, etc.)

·      Assembly in R&D lab of devices under development for bench tests and pre-clinical studies

·      Inspection under microscopy of critical components and sub-assemblies

·      Conducting quality control tasks such as incoming inspections, route card forms, and MRBs

·      Contributing to the writing of work instructions and establishing manufacturing practices

·      Maintenance of the clean room environment and production equipment

Qualifications:

·      Experience in a clean room work environment according to the quality management system ISO 13485 in a medical device company

·      Apply complex and delicate assembly processes

·      Ability to work both in a team and independent problem-solving during lab work

·      Documentation in English of forms and lab work

·      Meticulously follow work instructions and contribute to constant improvement of processes

·      Constant communication with team members to achieve team goals

·      Handle changing priorities and tight deadlines if needed
