Cyber Project Manager

Who We Are:

The Business Project Management in the Information Security and Cyber Defense division is responsible for managing, initiating, and implementing projects across various areas of technological defense.

Responsibilities:

• Managing cyber-related business projects, with an emphasis on initiation, planning, implementation guidance, testing, deployment, and effectiveness monitoring.
• Identifying and evaluating alternatives, and formulating recommendations in coordination with stakeholders.
• Defining realistic and challenging goals and metrics, and ensuring they are met.
• Managing timelines, budgets, scope, and change requests efficiently.
• Managing complex interfaces – human, process, and technological.
• In-depth learning and understanding of cyber defense technologies according to project needs.

Job Requirements:

• Deep understanding of cyber defense and IT infrastructure.
• 3 years of experience in managing technological projects.
• Ability to promote and make decisions at senior management levels.
• Ability to develop a work plan with a strategic-systems view.
• Ability to challenge existing perceptions and propose new approaches, focusing on simplifying complex processes.
• Ability to initiate actions independently and lead managers and employees.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive criticism.
• A desire to learn and grow in the technological field.
