Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (Temporary position)

Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Finance colleagues to create Opex and Capex projections, perform ad hoc analyses, and develop financial models for decision-making.

Ensure timely and accurate financial forecasts and reports in alignment with corporate deadlines.

Support monthly and quarterly financial close processes, delivering insights and variance analysis.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Accounting, or Finance.

At least 5 years of experience in the high-tech sector.

Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably SAP).

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively to solve complex problems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with tools such as MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP ERP, and Power BI.

High energy, self-motivation, and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
