Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• The Team Lead will be responsible for leading R&D projects.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional development team.
• Define technical requirements, architecture, and project roadmaps.
• Oversee design, development, and deployment of software projects.
• Implement modern web security practices and leverage AI for workflow optimization.
• Manage workflows using tools like Jira, Confluence, and GitLab.

Requirements

7+ years in software development or technical leadership roles.

Proven track record in leading and delivering complex projects.

• Frontend: Material Design, Bootstrap, Angular/React, TypeScript.
• Backend: NodeJS / NestJS, relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Infrastructure: AWS, Terraform, OOP, OOD, DDD, Microservices, SOLID principles.
• Web Security: Secure coding, threat modeling, vulnerability management.
• AI: Familiarity with AI technologies and prompt engineering.

This role combines hands-on technical work with managment and innovation to ensure high-quality, impactful solutions.

The position allows remote work, but only within Israel.
