Middle East Analyst

Role Context

KSG is seeking applicants with a strong background in political, security, and economic risk analysis focused on the Middle East. This position will involve leading analyses for Knightsbridge's diverse client base, with a particular emphasis on regional geopolitical impacts. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of working within the region, a deep understanding of the political, commercial, economic, and security issues affecting the Middle East region, and the flexibility to deploy to Middle Eastern countries as required.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of political, economic, and security issues in the Middle East, with expertise in regional conflicts and security dynamics.
• Proficiency in Hebrew or Arabic is preferred
• Experience in government as an analyst, wargamer, diplomat, intelligence officer, or strategist is highly desirable.
• Excellent English language skills, with the ability to write and present in a clear and concise manner.
• Willingness and ability to deploy globally for in-country analysis and operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing real-time intelligence updates and analysis for Knightsbridge’s platforms.
• Delivering analytical intelligence and wargames for a range of public and private sector clients.
• Conducting political and economic risk consultancy and producing reports for clients (government, finance, energy, mining, insurance).
• Leading verbal briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
