Senior Technical Product Manager

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to take on a role that combines two key aspects: product management, including technical requirements and specifications, as well as team management for development and testing. This position will be split between managing technical aspects and overseeing a team of developers and testers.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Management of our Product Overseeing system design, architecture, code reviews, ensuring code quality, meeting deadlines, and driving technological solutions for web and mobile systems.
• Team Management: Managing a development and testing team of at least 10 people, supervising daily operations, providing technical support, conducting code reviews, task planning, and coordinating between teams.
• Managing Large-Scale Technology Projects: Overseeing web and mobile systems, including requirements gathering, planning, development, testing, installation, and deployment.
• Direct Client Interaction: Understanding clients' technological needs, setting expectations, and meeting their requirements while ensuring product quality and meeting deadlines.
• Problem Identification and Resolution: Proactively identifying potential technical issues, solving problems, and maintaining system functionality.
• Managing Complex Technological Integrations: Ensuring high performance and communication standards across different teams while overseeing integrations.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience managing technical projects, with a focus on web and mobile development.
• Experience managing development, analysis, and testing teams, with direct client interaction.
• Deep knowledge of APIs, applications, integrations, and core systems.
• Experience managing large-scale web and mobile systems, including supporting development teams and maintaining systems.
• Experience working with large clients and understanding complex organizations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, customer service ability, assertiveness, and the ability to manage structured processes.
• Deep technical understanding, with the ability to lead technical discussions within the team and with clients.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
