Legal Operations Manager

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Legal Operations and Project Management individual to join our legal department.

This person will have a key role in legal management decision-making, will be the focal point for the legal department’s projects, and drive the creation and adoption of processes and practices to improve the day-to-day efficiency and effectiveness and facilitate necessary changes.

The Role includes, among others:

• Review and implement generative AI tools for the legal team and represent the legal department in Company-wide working groups in this emerging fields.
• Identify and lead process improvement opportunities while expanding best practices and relieving bottlenecks.
• Administer the existing Legal-Tech, including Lumenis contract management processes.
• Identify, evaluate and manage implementation of new or improved technology solutions in support of legal processes.
• Lead the efforts to create an ESG plan for the Company in collaboration with other stakeholders, such as Operations and HR.
• Manage the legal due diligence during sell-side or buy-side due diligence processes.
• Monitor and audit performance of external law firms and service providers.
• Assist in planning the legal department’s budget to increase value and reduce legal spending.
• Manage onboarding processes and build professional education and legal training programs.
• Implement cloud-based content and system for online legal compliance training.
• Contribute to, and support, the legal department’s strategic planning, including creating KPIs.
• Collect, organize and analyze data and create dashboards and feedback to drive decisions.

Experience & Skills

• A relevant bachelor's degree is required (law, business administration, or process engineering)
• At least 3 years’ experience in project management, business analytics or operations.
• At least 3 years’ experience in working with international teams across many disciplines & locations in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving attitude, detail-oriented and tech savvy.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to manage several simultaneous projects under deadline pressure.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Proactive approach to recognizing needs and anticipating issues.
• Fluent English & Hebrew.
• Advantage for candidates that have the following experiences -
• Working in a legal environment (law firm, legal department, legal services industry, etc.).
• Understanding of software development/coding/information systems
