Tell Me More

As a Language Specialist on our GenAI team, you will be joining a truly global team of subject matter experts across a wide variety of disciplines and AI engineers and will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities. This will include:

·      Creating training data sets for AI models that will help improve its accuracy, fluency, coherence and/or voice

·      Annotating data to help AI models align with human values

·      Analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text to ensure it adheres to linguistic rules and conventions.

·      Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers, to refine and iterate on the AI models.

·      Contributing to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes.

·      Navigating a dynamic environment and adapting to shifting guidelines and flexible priorities.

·      Achieve target KPIs, including daily job count, average handle time per job, and specified production hours

Requirements

·      Excellent writing skills

·      Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics

·      Advanced degree in Dutch or Polish and English (Master’s or Ph.D.) preferred, but exceptional candidates with Bachelor’s degrees are welcomed to apply

·      Ability to edit and improve technical communication across a wide variety of technical fields

·      Creative thinker

·      Well-honed internet research skills
