### Job Description: Hotel Sales Manager for the Israeli Market

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Hotel Sales Manager for the Israeli market to promote our hotel in Montenegro. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with travel agencies and clients in Israel.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Develop and Maintain Relationships:**
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with travel agencies and partners in Israel.
- Regularly communicate with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

2. **Sales Strategy Planning and Implementation:**
- Develop and execute strategies to increase the visibility and sales of the hotel in the Israeli market.
- Analyze market trends and competition to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

3. **Organize Promotional Activities:**
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns and promotional events in Israel.
- Participate in tourism fairs and events to promote the hotel.

4. **Analysis and Reporting:**
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, results, and market trends.
- Monitor KPIs and develop strategies to improve performance.

5. **Collaboration with Internal Teams:**
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and content.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure quality service delivery.

6. **Training and Support:**
- Train staff on the specifics of the Israeli market and client needs.
- Provide support to clients throughout the booking process and their stay at the hotel.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or management within the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of the Israeli market and the specific needs of Israeli travelers.
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
