We’re looking for an AppSec QA Group Leader who’s passionate about innovation, thrives in dynamic environments, and is ready to make a real impact on the world of Application Security.

About the role:

As our AppSec Quality Group Leader, you'll take the reins in shaping our application security quality initiatives. You will:

• Lead and inspire: Manage and motivate teams across local and remote locations.
• Set the bar: Collect, present, and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and statistical reports to keep us ahead of the curve.
• Steer the strategy: Guide quarterly work plans and chair executive status meetings that influence the organization's direction.
• Be a key player: Participate in high-impact product, development, and QA design meetings and reviews.
• Build bridges: Act as the go-to communicator for account managers and serve as a trusted contact for both internal and external customers.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years in team or 2+ in group leadership, with proven results.
• Hands-on knowledge of Agile processes and methodologies.
• Deep understanding of L7 protocols and cybersecurity principles.
• 2+ years of experience in designing and implementing automation infrastructure.
• Expertise in automated test execution.
