Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement SEO Strategies: Lead the planning and execution of SEO campaigns to improve organic visibility and business growth.

Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of SEO specialists, content writers, and technical SEO experts, ensuring alignment with business goals. .

Performance Analysis: Use SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Search Console to track and analyze website performance, driving improvements.

On-Page and Off-Page SEO: Oversee keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, and link-building campaigns.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work with teams across different departments to ensure alignment and integration of SEO strategies.

Requirements:

Experience: 4+ years in SEO with a proven record of driving results, and 2+ years of team management experience.

SEO Tools: Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz).

Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work with teams across different departments to ensure alignment and integration of SEO strategies.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to turn data into actionable strategies.

Management systems: Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
