We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to help expand our client base by identifying and engaging with businesses requiring professional website design services. This fully commission-based role is perfect for someone who thrives on achieving targets, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about sales and digital solutions. You will be critical in helping Fumez - Web Designs grow and succeed.

• Prospect for Clients: Identify and connect with potential clients who need website development services.
• Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with businesses to understand their needs and position our services effectively.
• Close Deals: Negotiate terms, finalize agreements, and secure clients.
• Market Awareness: Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies.
• Lead Reporting: Regularly update the team on outreach progress, leads generated, and closed deals.

• Fluency in both Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development (preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in seeking opportunities.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based role.
• Basic knowledge of website design or digital solutions is an advantage but not mandatory.
