System Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Systems Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing, designing, and implementing technological solutions tailored to the organization’s needs. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of business and technical objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and define business and technical requirements while understanding client and organizational needs.
• Create detailed technical and business specification documents (HLD, LLD).
• Design and document processes and interfaces between systems.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify technological and procedural gaps and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with internal clients and external vendors to align expectations and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Relevant education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in systems analysis within an organization or tech company.
• Proven experience in writing technical and business specifications.
• Familiarity with development methodologies such as Agile.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as CRM, or core systems – an advantage.
• Strong understanding of business processes and experience leading organizational change initiatives.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Hebrew.
