Overview:
Join Duve's management team as our new VP of Marketing, driving growth, customer acquisition, and brand leadership in the hospitality SaaS space. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape high-impact marketing strategies and execute initiatives that align with company goals, ensuring Duve's leadership, mainly in the EU and US markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute marketing strategies to drive SQLs, ARR, and optimal CAC.
- Product Marketing: Highlight Duve’s unique value, drive product adoption, and equip sales with tailored collateral.
- Customer Acquisition: Scale DemandGen & ABM campaigns targeting mid to large luxury hotel chains in the EU and US.
- Brand Leadership: Elevate Duve’s presence through innovative campaigns, PR, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Team Growth: Mentor the marketing team and recruit talent to scale efforts effectively.
- Sales, CS & Product Alignment: Foster collaboration with sales, customer success, and product teams to refine messaging and ensure seamless alignment.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics to monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and make data-informed decisions.
- Conferences Management: Plan and manage participation in industry conferences to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- 7–10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in Demand Generation, product marketing, ABM, and scaling businesses in the EU and US.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively and deliver compelling campaigns.
- Strong track record in aligning marketing, sales, and product teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and leveraging insights to drive marketing strategy.
- Knowledge of AI tools and their applications in marketing.
- Experience in managing budgets and optimizing resources for maximum impact.
- Deep understanding in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and ads platforms..
