Corporate Legal Advisor

A renewable energy company based in Gush Dan , is looking for a Corporate Legal Advisor.

Description:

Provide corporate secretary services to the group and tend to the various corporate law aspects of the Company and its subsidiaries: liquidation, corporate restructuring, incorporation, reporting, general and sector-specific compliance

Assist in preparing and maintaining corporate minutes, resolutions, and other governance documents

Support board and partners steering meetings preparation, including coordinating materials and logistics

Maintain corporate Assist with subsidiary management and governance

General Legal Support:

Assist in reviewing and drafting commercial agreements

Provide general legal support to various business units, specifically statutory planning

Requirements:

Degree in law (LLB) and Israeli Bar license – a must

At least 2 years’ experience as a commercial/corporate law in a leading law firm or high-end legal departmen

Proven experience in legal work in English, including drafting of documents – a must

Fluent English and Hebrew – a must
