DevOps Engineer

A stealth-mode Cybersecurity startup has successfully completed a substantial Seed funding round from leading global venture capital firms and strategic private investors.

Founded by two visionary entrepreneurs, both graduates of elite technological military units and recipients of the Israel Defense Prize, the founders previously held senior roles in top Cybersecurity companies.

The company is a pioneer in its field and is already in the Deployment phase with a Design Partner.

The startup consists of 12 employees, most of whom are in R&D.

Located in Tel Aviv near the light rail, the company offers flexibility for remote work when needed, though it does not follow a fixed hybrid model.

About the role

• One-Person-Show role.
• Reporting: Directly to the CTO and Co-Founder.
• Ownership: Full responsibility for the domain, acting as the sole owner.
• Responsibilities:
• Hands-on development.
• Establishing and leading best practices within the company.
• Scaling: Experience with scaling is critical, as the product is already in the Deployment phase with expected significant growth.
• Tech Stack: Cloud & Tools: GCP, Kubernetes, GO, Python, ArgoCD, Grafana, Prometheus, Terraform, CI/CD, GitHub Actions.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps roles.
• Strong expertise in cloud environments (GCP preferred).
• Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with scaling, autoscaling, and supporting high-demand systems in startups or large-scale environments.
