Back End Developer

A global Big Data company specializing in advanced Ad Tech solutions, including one of the largest video advertising platforms in the U.S. The platform leverages Machine Learning models and LLMs to deliver real-time personalized ads to viewers while handling massive-scale operations.

Headquartered in Tel Aviv, near a train station, the company offers a hybrid work model with three work-from-home days per week. It employs 900 people globally, including 200 in Israel, half of whom work in the R&D department.

The team is responsible for a platform that enables advertisers to match users with the right message, increase user acquisition, and boost content exposure for clients. The role involves designing architectures and developing end-to-end solutions.

About the role-

• The position is for a Java Server Developer, working as part of a team of seven developers.
• The hiring is for the Applications Department, a strategic division where the team develops products with a significant impact on the business, covering everything from design to production deployment.
• Tech Stack -Languages & Tools: Java, AWS, MongoDB, SQL, GraphQL, Kubernetes, and more.

Requirements-

• 5 years' experience in developing complex enterprise web applications and distributed systems in production.
• Deep understanding in Java programming (Spring Boot/Spring- A must!)
• Experience with designing and implementing architecture web systems
• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases
• Experience modern UI frameworks (Angular, Vue, React) - Big advantage!
• Experience in Node.JS (TypeScript, NestJS)- advantage!
• A highly-motivated team player with a strong “can-do” attitude and great interpersonal skills
• A self-starter that can work independently and multi-task effectively
• Passionate and eager to learn new technologies
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
