Scrum Master

We are looking for a talented Scrum Master to join our team in a large company in Central Israel.

Responsibilities:

-Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and sprint reviews

-Work closely with the product owner to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized

-Coach and guide team members in Agile practices, ensuring they follow Scrum principles and methodologies

-Remove any obstacles or impediments that may hinder the team's progress and productivity

-Ensure that teams are self-organizing, high-performing and working collaboratively to achieve sprint goals

-Track and report on team progress, providing transparency to stakeholders and helping to ensure that projects are delivered on time

-Help manage and refine the project delivery process, ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in project management or as a Scrum Master
• Experience working with Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework
• Experience with Jira - an advantage
