Factor-SAVILLS, a leading commercial real estate advisory and brokerage firm in Israel, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Commercial Real Estate Investment Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in sourcing and executing commercial real estate investment transactions, focusing on mid to large-scale deals ranging from NIS 20M to 500M million NIS. You will be responsible for:

• Business Development: Cultivating and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of clients, including public and private companies, institutional investors, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Market Analysis: Conducting in-depth market research and financial analysis to identify investment opportunities that align with our clients' objectives.
• Transaction Execution: Leading the entire transaction process, from sourcing to due diligence, negotiations, and closing.
• Client Relationship Management: Providing exceptional client service and building long-lasting relationships.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in law, economics, real estate, business administration, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
• Highly motivated and results-oriented
• Flexible and adaptable
• The job requires mobility
• Understanding of the Israeli business landscape
• Knowledge of the Israeli real estate market
• Experience: Prior experience in commercial real estate, investment banking, or a related field is preferred but not required.
