Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead client relationships in Germany, manage project lifecycles, and ensure the successful delivery of critical initiatives. The role requires a proactive individual who can effectively define and maintain structured methodologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and success.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients in Germany, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Define and implement methodologies and processes to guarantee high-quality outcomes.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee cross-group activities, including R&D, Sales, BI, Onboarding, and DevOps.
• Monitor project dependencies, risks, and open issues, proactively driving resolutions.
• Use data insights to prioritize tasks and support informed decision-making.
• Create and maintain dashboards to ensure real-time visibility of project status.
• Define KPIs and continuously improve processes based on performance metrics.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of proven experience in software-related project management, including client-facing responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodology.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively and communicate technical challenges in business terms.
• Familiarity with standard web, web services, and J2EE development and deployment practices (advantage).
• Experience with blockchain technology (advantage).
• Knowledge of cloud services and technologies, especially AWS (advantage).
