Full Stack Team Lead

We're looking for a Full Stack Team Lead to join our successful organization in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities:

-Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality software delivery

-Oversee the end-to-end development process, from design and architecture to implementation and deployment

-Develop and maintain scalable web applications using technologies

-Architect and implement microservices to enhance system performance and scalability.

-Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards within the team.

-Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience in Full Stack development
• 1 year of experience in a team leadership or management role
• Proficiency in Node.js, React.js,and TypeScript
• Experience with developing and deploying microservices
