Demurrage performance specialist

We are looking for a Demurrage performance specialist that will handle the following:

• Analyze and monitor the countries demurrage performance through the SAP Demurrage system to improve profitability.
• Designing system solutions to improve the countries billing efficiency.

Major areas of responsibilities:

Monitoring tools

• Design and implement monitoring tools to identify trends, improve profitability and improve billing efficiency.
• Improve monitoring tools accuracy and efficiency to provide better data insights

Actual vs Budget

• Prepare the annual demurrage budget
• Monitor and analyze the countries monthly results.
• Prepare ongoing forecast

Results improvement

• Analyze the global benchmarking results
• Monitor the countries ready for billing to identify opportunities to improve.

Requirements:

• Academic education: bachelor’s degree holder in Economics/ Business management/ Industrial management engineering. MBA - Advantage.
• 3-5 years of experience in an analytical/ economic position.
• High level of analytical skills.
• Experience in budget planning and monitoring - must
• Systems oriented, experience with SAP - Advantage
• Profound knowledge in working with Tableau - Advantage
• Excellent Excel (Macros level) and PowerPoint skills.
• High level of control in English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
