Electron optics engineering

Key responsibilities 主要职责：

"Conduct electron optics simulation to determine critical design dimensions and tolerance.

Conduct thorough performance tests of electron columns to ensure they meet required specifications.

Analyze test data and identify areas for optimization to enhance performance and reliability.

Diagnose and resolve issues related to electron column performance, including optical alignment and calibration discrepancies.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and implement solutions for complex technical challenges.

Develop and execute precise beam alignment and calibration strategies to ensure optimal performance of electron columns.

Establish standardized procedures for beam calibration that can be consistently applied across different systems.

Contribute to the design and development of the optics architecture for electron columns and related systems.

Collaborate with engineering teams to create and maintain a roadmap for future optical system enhancements and innovations."

Key requirement 资历要求 :

"Master’s and PhD degree in Optical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in optical engineering or a related field, with a focus on electron optics or similar systems.

Familiarity with simulation and analysis software relevant to electron optical systems.

Strong knowledge of electron column design, performance testing, and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with advanced electron optics and beam characterization.

Experience in creating and managing technical roadmaps.

• Expertise in electron beam alignment techniques and calibration processes.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
