Position Overview

We seek a seasoned startup CTO — a blend of natural leader, critical thinker, and a hands-on coder. Should you join us, expect a series of cutting-edge projects, including forays into the latest AI models and systems. They say variety is the spice of life: this job has plenty of it, as we're a small team working on multiple features and apps, and supporting them as the team grows.

What A Typical Day Looks Like

• Architecting the next generation of Usermuse.
• Learning new platforms, tools, and APIs regularly.
• Leading the team in writing beautiful, well-documented, and well thought-out code.
• Using the latest AI coding tools to build great products faster.
• Occasionally engaging with our tech advisors, who are top engineers from Google, Amazon, and more - and discuss architectural decisions.
• Keeping secure coding practices from our cyber advisors and helping us achieve SOC-2 compliance.
• Collaborating with a distributed team that values doing great work together.
• Tinkering with state-of-the-art tech, including work with the latest AI models and APIs.

What You'll Need

• Endless curiosity and love of cutting-edge tech
• A love of getting stuff done, and fire in your belly.
• Proficiency in web technologies like Javascript, React, Typescript, and Firebase.
• Experience with Swift / Kotlin.
• A penchant for agile collaboration. Lone wolves are overrated.
• A subtle yet sharp sense of humor. Wit wins.
• An inclination towards positive impact. We do like to think we're making the digital world a tad better.
• Machine learning, and experience with LLM development.
