Production Engineer

Our Engineering team leads the bridge between technology, innovation, and design to production. We aim to provide high-quality, professional service by preventing issues in advance and solving them in real time.

We are looking for a Production Engineer to join us and help drive our manufacturing processes to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) for products and production processes.
• Lead engineering tasks, including NPI, sustaining engineering, cost reduction, manufacturer approvals, and production support.
• Address quality issues and support production continuity.
• Perform process validations (IQ, OQ, PQ) and design production tools and fixtures.
• Update engineering documentation and support PFMEA & MRB processes.
• Lead supply chain projects and introduce new production technologies (automation, assemble machines and tester).
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to optimize operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 6 years of experience in mechanical design and engineering support in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced expertise with ERP, PLM systems, and 3D CAD (SolidWorks – Advanced).
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills (hands on).
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles – an advantage.
• Experience in project management and NPI processes – an advantage.
