Managing and leading the community management - preparing meetings, summarizing, reporting and monitoring implementation. -

Implementation of community management decisions and kibbutz conversation decisions.-

Building an annual work plan in collaboration with officials and supervision.-

On the budgetary performance of the program.-

Preparing an annual budget for the community, meeting the approved budget and presenting it to the community management once a quarter.-

Initiate actions to promote and improve the lifestyles of the community and members.-
