Purchasing Manager

Full responsibility for complex and large-volume procurement transactions worth of millions of USD.

Lead procurements activity with subcontractor

Leading all aspects of procurement from proposal part, negotiations, closing agreements, and managing the current interface with the suppliers.

Working closely with the production sites and the planning department, legal advisor, and other factors to provide business solutions that

support the company's strategy. End to end handling of quality requirements and supply issues with supplies and internal companies' interface.

Partnership in defining the procurement policy, analysis costs reduction, and supply risks and opportunities.

Managing a team of buyers that take care of the current production purchasing and providing solutions to problems in everyday work.

Suppliers Management (mainly) in China, who is dealing in different industries such as PCB, components.

Import procedures contact manager, working with shipping companies and customs brokers.

Requirements:

Experience in multidisciplinary procurement management for 7 years.

Experience in managing a team of buyers.

Experience in budget controlling and ability to lead a multi-year plan budget to its implementation.

In-depth experience in agreements and engagements with foreign suppliers.

Ability to manage negotiations.

Knowledge and experience working with international import sources and procedures.

Excellent level of English both verbal and written required.
