Linux System Administrator

We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps and Linux expert to join our team.

This individual will design, implement, and manage robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure. You will play a key role in automating processes, optimizing system performance, and ensuring seamless integration of development and operations.

Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Design & Management- Design, build, and maintain highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable Linux-based infrastructure.

Monitoring & Incident Management-

Implement proactive monitoring and alerting solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Zabbix, ensuring system uptime and availability.

Scripting & Automation-Automate tasks and processes using shell scripts, Python, Ansible, Terraform, or other configuration management tools.

Security & Compliance-Enforce security best practices, monitor vulnerabilities, and apply patches and updates as needed to ensure system integrity.

Project Management & Issue Tracking- Use Jira and YouTrack to manage tasks, track issues, and collaborate with development and operations teams efficiently.

What do we want to see?

·        5+ years of industry experience as a System Linux expert or DevOps.

·        Expertise in Linux Systems Administration- Extensive hands-on experience with Linux (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu) in production environments.

·        Containerization & Orchestration-Expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration in production environments.

·        Scripting & Programming-Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, Ruby, or Perl for automation.

·          Networking & Security- Solid understanding of network protocols, firewalls, VPN, load balancers, DNS, SSL/TLS, and security hardening of Linux systems.

·        Monitoring & Troubleshooting-Experience with performance monitoring, log management, and troubleshooting in high-traffic production environments.

·        The required English level for this position is Advanced/Fluent – Advantage.

·        DevOps Tools-Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) and infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.). Project Management Tools-Experience using Jira and YouTrack for issue tracking, task management, and project collaboration – Advantage.
