Job Scope: Full-time hybrid position (1 day from home, 4 days from office)

Location: Bursa area, Ramat Gan (near train station)

Responsibilities:

1. Issuing invoices, credits, and receipts.  

2. GL reconciliation

3. Responsible for collection  

4. Tracking and controlling customer payments.

5. Track bank account balances and perform bank reconciliation.

6. Maintaining data control.

7. Collaborating with relevant sales managers on collections.

8. Familiarity with various customer contracts.

9. Setting up new customers in the system.

10. Providing assistance and service to customers.

Requirements:

• Certified bookkeeper type 1+2 – an advantage
• Proficiency in English - mandatory
• Proficiency in Excel - mandatory
• Familiarity with working on various computer systems. Experience with Netsuite and Salesforce – an advantage
• Detail-oriented
• Dedication and work ethic
• Assertiveness alongside interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
