VP of R&D

We are looking for a VP of R&D to lead and scale the R&D team in a fast-growing start-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy: Lead R&D growth, define technical and architectural strategies, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven leadership as VP R&D in B2B SaaS or data-driven companies.
• Technical Leadership: Expertise in driving large-scale technological initiatives, defining architectural vision, and leading complex R&D projects.
• Hands-On Skills: Experience building data pipelines, analytics platforms, and algorithmic solutions in data-intensive environments.
