What you’ll be spending your time on: 

• Sanctions Screening and Alert Management:
• Conduct first-line reviews of sanctions watchlist alerts generated by automated systems.
• Accurately disposition false positives and escalate potential true matches.
• Escalation and Risk Management:
• Escalate potential sanctions issues to the Sanctions Officer.
• Identify and flag potentially sanctions and/or adverse media-related risks.
• Research and Analysis:
• Utilize Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) tools to validate or disprove potential matches.
• Analyze relationships and business activities to identify possible sanctions and reputational risks. 
  

• Communication:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. High level of English - Must
• Ability to create clear, concise written summaries with actionable recommendations and conclusions.
• Collaboration:
• Work effectively with cross-departmental teams.
• Lead or contribute to ongoing projects within the organization.
• Attention to Detail:
• Meticulous in analyzing alerts and ensuring the accuracy of decisions.
• Advanced deduction and analytical skills
• Technical Proficiency:
• Basic knowledge with Excel
• SQL- advantage
• Problem Solving:
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for evaluating complex risk scenarios.
• Flexible attitude and ability to cope with changing requirements.
