A Medium-Sized Startup Company in Givatayim (Near the Stock Exchange) is looking to hire an implementer of cloud-based quality management systems for medical device companies.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Analyzing client needs and preparing implementation plans
• Managing full implementation projects, including documentation
• Ongoing client communication and technical issue resolution
• Training and supporting clients during onboarding and evaluation stages
• Configuring the system to meet client needs
• Creating reports and dashboards
• Creating training materials (a plus)

Required Skills:

• Relevant academic degrees (university/Technion) – huge advantage
• Degree in engineering, industrial and management – huge advantage!
• At least 3 years' experience implementing complex systems
• Prior experience with DOORS, HP ALM or QMS systems – a plus
• Experience with organizational systems such as ERP, PLM – a plus
• Regulatory knowledge, especially in life sciences – a plus
• Experience leading client-based process implementation for tech clients, preferably international exposure – a plus
• Excellent technical writing skills in English and Hebrew – required!
• Tech savvy, including Google Drive, ChatGPT familiarity – a plus
• Software world knowledge - version control, DevOps, Agile, Jira, etc. – a plus
• Assertiveness
• Ability to prioritize
• Self-motivated leadership capability
• Strong team player with independent working ability
• Analytical thinking, ability to work under pressure, dedicated
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Self-learner with ambition
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Fluent in written and spoken English – required!
