Budget Specialist

We are seeking a Temporary experienced Operational Budget Specialist to join our Finance FP&A team. The role involves collaborating with Operations, Engineering, and finance teams to deliver accurate and timely projections, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in manufacturing operations and cost accounting, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Finance teams to create Opex & Capex projections, ad hoc financial analyses, and financial models to support decision-making.
• Work with finance colleagues to deliver reliable projections within corporate deadlines.
• Support the monthly and quarterly financial close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide in-depth budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support business decisions.

Required Qualifications:

• A BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management, Accounting, or Finance.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the high-tech sector.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team environment to solve problems.
