Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Portfolio Company)

A Series A cybersecurity company in our portfolio is seeking a highly experienced senior global talent acquisition to join their growing team as the first full-cycle recruiter! As a senior recruiter, you will partner closely with all levels of management to drive and the company’s culture and DNA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end hiring processes across various departments, both locally and globally.
• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies and processes.
• Collaborate with managers to identify hiring needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing from multiple channels.
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends and improve recruitment strategies and onboarding.
• Partner with leadership to align hiring practices with company goals and contribute to the development of recruitment infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, including time in a high-growth startup environment.
• Experience hiring both in Israel and abroad.
• Proven experience in designing and building recruitment processes from scratch, including for both local and international hires.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English – A must.

Note: While this is a senior role, it is not a management position.
