Planning & Control Leader

Job description: Responsibility for Planning and control of RM&FG

Description:

• Establish key Planning and Control interfaces with other business leaders so that inventory demands, and Forecasts align at both the operational and revenue levels.
• Plan, prioritize and monitor production to support customer, as well as key site and business metrics and Operations Support Teams.
• Planning & Control of all materials & needed for the production lines.
• Planning & Optimization of inventory levels.
• Lead material flow improvement projects.
• Design & implement process improvements within the production lines.
• Establish tools & Processes for material availability analysis.
• Data analysis and investigation.
• Work with SCM Manager to ensure continuity of supply.
• Develop and prepare short and long-range planning Plans.
• Prepare management reports, metrics, presentations, KPI’s sufficient to communicate and measure functional area performance.
• Establish a strong partnership with the R&D teams to ensure that their NPI, process is successfully implemented within the manufacturing environment.
  
  

• Vast knowledge and experience in Operation disciplines (Planning, Material, Manufacturing, Logistics etc).
• Proven knowledge and experience in Planning management roles.
• 3-5 years of industry experience, including 5 years in Planning experience.
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities
• Strong analytical capabilities and data management skills
• Strong presentation skills.
• Positive, service-oriented personality.
• ERP system experience required (SAP)
• Ability to determine priorities and handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to manage project constraints and risks.
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics / Industrial Engineer Advantage
• Customer oriented persona with high level of serviceability, responsible and committed.
