What's Guardio?

Guardio is a B2C cybersecurity startup offering security and privacy solutions directly to consumers - regular people, not corporate companies. We develop products you’d want for yourself, your parents, family, and friends. Our goal is to protect real people from cyber problems and crime.

We try and avoid buzzwords, but sometimes those keywords are necessary: we help our customers avoid and combat the modern world’s security threats, like phishing, financial scams, malware, browser hijacking, identity theft, data leaks, and a whole lot more.

Guardio is a relatively small company (we just passed 80 people), on a rapid growth path, and we’re looking for core team members to join our Growth team. We already have well over a million registered customers and plenty of new products and features in the pipeline.

So what’s the job?

We are looking for a Director of Business Initiatives to join us and work closely with our CEO and management team.

You will:

• Plan and Execute Strategic Projects: Identify, evaluate, and implement cross-functional initiatives, ensuring a clear bottom-line impact on the company. Each project will be carried out with organizational prioritization and a strong focus on execution.
• Lead Cross-Organizational Initiatives: Collaborate with teams across the company to establish processes, tools, and best practices for scaling impactful projects.
• Recruit and Transition Ownership: Upon successful implementation, hire and onboard leaders to sustain and expand the project's success.
• Deliver Results: Ensure each project has a measurable outcome and contributes significantly to company goals.
  
  

• 3+ years of work experience in consulting and/or cross-functional, high-impact strategic roles
• You’re a self-starter: You thrive in ambiguous environments, taking ownership and driving initiatives to completion.
• Multi-domain experience: You've worked with product, marketing, tech, and operational functions and enjoy diving into new areas.
• Analytical mindset: You love turning data into actionable insights and strategic decisions.
• Technically fluent and detail-oriented: You can understand and engage with technical concepts, ensuring the right questions are asked, and initiatives are effectively executed.
• Exceptional communicator: You excel at building trust and collaboration with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in writing and speaking in English.
