Role Overview:

You will design and train state-of-the-art generative audio models, focusing on encoding and decoding audio signals for music creation. As a key leader, you’ll guide a team, publish research, and develop scalable systems for real-world applications, shaping the future of AI-driven music.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead research on large-scale generative audio models for music and audio signal processing.
• Build and optimize scalable systems for music generation.
• Guide and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Publish findings in top-tier conferences and represent the company in industry events.
• Explore synergies between music and speech generation models.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (PhD preferred).
• Proven experience in training large-scale generative audio models and encoding/decoding audio.
• Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks, and audio signal processing.
• Strong publication record in top-tier conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ISMIR).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
