Automation Sales Manager

Sales manager is needed for a leading automation company

Full responsibility for sales and profitability of the automation division in all its aspects and in particular: managing the sales people, operating the marketing department for the benefit of quality leads, negotiations with main customers, building a strategic sales plan, etc.

The position requires a high level of cooperation, understanding of marketing, sales and business processes, high accuracy and continuous initiative.

Requirements:

Excellent familiarity with the world of control, automation and motion in Israel.

Direct sales in the above areas over the years.

Management of salespeople.

Excellent understanding of the meaning of marketing with a strong emphasis on digital marketing.

Ability to work independently.

English (writing and drafting) at a high commercial/marketing level.

High level in Excel, Power Point, Word.

High self-learning ability, excellent human relations, teamwork, curiosity, big head, creativity and marketing and commercial understanding.

A willingness to work hard.
