abra Microsoft Solutions is seeking for a Dynamics 365 CRM System Analyst to join our growing team!
About the Role -
- Characterization and analysis of Dynamics CRM systems in a complex and multi-process environment.
- Leading implementation projects, including writing specifications (High level & Detail design) and high-level documentation with customers, development teams and parallel teams.
- Analysis and design of solutions in Dynamics CRM systems (advantage for Dynamics 365).
- Implementation and integration of systems in the Microsoft Power Platform environment.
- Management of schedules and budgets, and accompanying the project from the planning stage to delivery to the customer.
- Working with databases and tracking tasks with the customer.
Responsibilities
- At least 3 years of experience as a Dynamics CRM systems analyst in a complex environment.
- Experience in analyzing information systems, defining user requirements and characterizing work processes.
- Experience in writing specification documents (High level & Detail design).
- Hands-on experience in implementing Dynamics CRM and Power Automate.
- Experience in leading complex processes with customers.
- Experience in customer service – an advantage.
- Experience working in Agile methodology – an advantage.
