In this role, you will architect a scalable software system, write code in Java/Python, and guide the engineering team. You will collaborate closely with product managers to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. The system is already built but requires re-designing, scaling up, and remodeling to meet future demands. This is a hands-on role where you'll ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure, and performant systems. What You'll Do

Architect and lead the development of a scalable ML-based platform.

Collaborate with product managers to align technical solutions with business goals.

Oversee system changes, scaling, re-designs, and enhancements.

Write clean, maintainable code in Java and Python.

Guide and mentor the engineering team in implementing best practices.

Ensure high-quality, secure, and high-performance systems.

RequirementsWhat You'll Need

Education: BSc in Computer Science/Mathematics from a leading university (MSc is a plus).

Experience:

6+ years in software development.

3+ years as a lead software/system architect with expertise in building or improving infrastructure.

Technical Skills:

Strong expertise in microservices architecture, Kubernetes, Java, Python.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP/Azure/AWS).

Proficiency in technologies like Kafka, Spring, MongoDB.

Networking knowledge (a big plus).

Familiarity with machine learning concepts and data processing pipelines.

Experience working in agile development environments.
