Pomvom is a digital platform that connects guests to their captured media from park or venue cameras. Our easy-to-use solution recognizes individuals in real-time, ensuring that more memories can be cherished and shared instantly on social media. Our mission is to help people capture and cherish their memories from theme parks and attractions, such as Six Flags, Warner Brothers, Madame Tussauds, Harry Potter, and many more, through creative videos and photos.

As a Group lead at Pomvom, you will play a pivotal role in leading a highly skilled team of backend and frontend developers responsible for building end-to-end features. You will act as both a technical lead and manager, with a hands-on approach. You will contribute directly to development while ensuring the team’s focus on usability, quality, and timely deliveries. This position requires strong leadership and technical expertise, front-end frameworks, and cloud-based architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of core components in our awesome product
• Deliver results with high-quality software on tight schedules
• Led, grew, mentored, and managed a team of talented engineers.
• Stay close to your craft! Work as a hands-on developer between 30%-40% of your time
• Work and collaborate with other teams.

Qualifications

• At least 3-4 years of experience leading full-stack teams
• At least 5 years of experience as a developer, designing, building, and testing E2E applications (ReactJS, Vue, NodeJs, NestJs)
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Proven expertise in architecture and design.
• Passionate, motivated, and self-driven, with a startup mindset.
• Embraces a "hands-on" management style, leading by example
• Experience with AWS or GCP (AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Cognito)
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field
