Development Manager

Overall responsibility for all development processes, starting from the product characterization phase, through its design
and design determination, characterization.
Means of production and creation of specifications.
Management of a team of designers and engineers.
Responsibility for setting goals for the department and meeting the schedule.
Working with subcontractors to determine engineering design.
Understanding of a large number of technologies that include metal processing and plastic processing.
Development budget management.
Ability to present and show the products under development in front of the other positions in the company

Qualifications

Relevant education, master's degree is an advantage
Experience in managing employees.
Recognition and understanding of different processing technologies.
Strategic vision.
Experience working with subcontractors.
High creativity alongside understanding and ability to manage strict technical processes.
Personal charisma and high emotional intelligence.
Excellent human relations, ability to build collaborations and relationships of trust with a wide variety of interfaces.
High ability to learn and understand technological processes, attention to detail, strictness, order and organization at a
high level.
English - at a high level.
Knowledge of technical drawing.
Education - academic / engineering in the fields of industrial design or another engineering field. Master's degree is
an advantage.
Mastery of Solid Works.
