Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Wine Consultant to join our team in the Netanya branch. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service and have a deep love for wine. If you enjoy educating others, have a knack for sales, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you. You'll need to be a great communicator, able to engage with customers of all backgrounds and make personalized recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in selecting wines based on their preferences and budget.
• Offer expert advice on wine pairings with food.
• Conduct wine tastings and educational sessions.
• Maintain knowledge of the store's wine inventory.
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales.
• Assist in merchandising and attractive display of wine products.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new wine releases.

Qualifications

• Experience in wine sales and customer service
• Knowledge and passion for wine education
• Sommelier certification or relevant wine expertise is a big advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Fluency in Hebrew. Additional languages are a plus
