QA Team Leader Wanted for Leading Bank

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced QA Team Leader to manage a team of up to 10 manual testers. Responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing testing team
• Developing and implementing professional testing methodologies for projects
• Writing detailed test summaries for versions and projects
• Interacting with various internal and external stakeholders
• Managing communication with end-users and understanding their needs

Job Details:

• Full-time position located in Lod
• Hybrid work model (1 day from home)

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing testing teams of 4-5+ testers
• Full proficiency with testing methodologies and tools such as JIRA and XRAY
• Experience with AGILE testing processes
• Deep and proven knowledge in automation
• Experience developing automated tests in Object-Oriented languages:
• JAVA
• SELENIUM
• (UIPATH - advantageous)
• Familiarity with CUCUMBER or similar automation tools for manual testers - significant advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to push beyond standard expectations
• Broad system-wide perspective and technological understanding
