Project Technician

RNAway is a dynamic and innovative AgTech company dedicated to promoting RNA-based agricultural solutions through its breakthrough RNA delivery platform to plants. RNAway is at the forefront of revolutionizing agriculture with cutting-edge technology. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced hands-on Project Technician to lead and oversee green-house and field trials operation of the company while utilizing and improving the company’s internal R&D capabilities. 

Responsibilities

A.    Manage and support the company’s existing and future projects:

-       Hands-on design, execute, and monitor greenhouse, net-house, and field trials including objectives, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.

-       Generate, analyze and present data to the management team in a distilled and concise manner.

B.    Expand and integrate new internal scientific capabilities for the company:

-       Collaborate and communicate with the academic teams to foster a knowledge exchange culture.

-       Continuously review the scientific literature to identify methods that will improve the company’s operational efficiency.

-       Test, validate, and assemble Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for new integrated methods.

C.    Documentation and reporting:

-       Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including experimental outline, timeline, and regular progress report.

-       Work closely with the senior management to ensure project objectives align with the company’s strategic goals.

Qualifications

-       A master’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Plant Science, Plant Pathology, Agricultural Biotechnology).

-       3-5 years of proven experience in the relevant activities (ideally with RNA technologies).

-       Proficiency with molecular biology methods (e.g., real-time PCR, ELISA, Western Blot, etc.) and analysis tools (Prism GraphPad preferably).  

-       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with external partners.

-       Creativity, independence, critical-thinking, problem-solving and project management abilities.
